1-2-1 Injury Rehabilitation 

1-2-1 Injury rehabilitation uses a variety of treatment methods to get you back to full fitness. The sessions will involve mixes of massage therapy, exercise therapy and Specific tailor made rehabilitation plans. You will be given an idea of how many sessions are required and what to expect during the rehabilitation process. Please allow 1 week from initial treatment for your rehabilitation plan.
